Due carrozzine su due con ruota difettata ,la stessa ,dopo 50 metri il perno non teneva più e non si poteva fare nulla essendo durissimo il dado ,non è un caso come dicono loro ,non siamo mica nati ieri.
Imballo non adeguato ,carrozzina messa dentro una scatola ,senza alcuna protezione, cosa gravissima vista la grandissima importanza per il cliente dell'oggetto trasportato, scatole rotte in entrambe le spedizioni,però loro persone molto gentili e disponibili ,su questo nulla da dire ma devono essere meno superficiali sulla qualità delle carrozzine(farsi sentire dal produttore magari?) e sull'imballaggio.
Un ottimo prodotto ad un prezzo eccezionale. Resistente ed elegante.

Yes, the return/exchange it is always possible within 14 working days from the delivery of the product. You can do it independently by following the instructions available in theRETURNS AREA.
How much does the service rendered/gearbox cost ?
Return shipping it is always the buyer's responsibility except for non-conformity of the item received and/or manufacturing defects;
